My Process
BIE is a natural, effective method that uses biofeedback analysis to identify the root cause of your health disorder. Using our non-invasive patented modality, energy is directed onto specific points on the body, while reintroducing the stressors vibrational frequency. Once the body's able to recognize the stressing frequency, it will then return to a balanced state of health, thereby, alleviating suffering and healing from the inside out.

If you're tired of being handed a supplement or a generic meal plan as a “solution” to your chronic symptoms, it's time to try something different. Working with a Vancouver holistic nutritionist offers a truly individualized and whole body approach that goes far beyond symptom management. By using tools like biofeedback analysis testing, bio-energetic intolerance modality (BIE), and principles rooted in functional medicine, we help you uncover and address the root cause of your health concerns.
When exploring natural approaches to health, many people come across terms like functional medicine, naturopath, and holistic nutritionist—but aren’t always clear on how they differ. Each profession plays a unique and vital role in integrative health, and understanding their distinctions can help you make informed choices about your wellness journey.
A holistic nutritionist takes a functional medicine approach, working to identify and correct the root causes of symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle changes. They believe in the power of food as medicine and develop personalized nutrition plans based on your biochemistry. A naturopath, on the other hand, offers a broader toolkit that can include herbal remedies, acupuncture, homeopathy, physical therapies, and more. Both professions seek to heal the whole person—not just suppress symptoms—and often collaborate for more effective outcomes.

Thankfully, Vancouver and surrounding areas have some amazing spots where you can experience this revitalizing practice.

High cholesterol has long been viewed as a key contributor to heart disease, but from a functional medicine and holistic nutrition perspective, the story is more nuanced. Cholesterol itself isn’t the villain—it’s an essential compound involved in hormone production, cellular repair, and brain health. The real issue lies in how cholesterol is being used in the body and what’s causing it to become imbalanced in the first place.
The number one way that we are able to limit and prevent a future diagnosis of cancer, autoimmune disorders, hormonal imbalances or inflammatory conditions is intentionally making sure we are having healthy and happy bowel movements daily. Constipation can range from 1 bowel movement a day, to 3 bowel movements a week. If you’re struggling with constipation currently, read on to find holistic and natural ways to support your digestive health.
If you’re dealing with bloating, heartburn, indigestion, or acid reflux, you might be tempted to blame excess stomach acid. But in reality, low stomach acid (hypochlorhydria) is often the underlying issue. When stomach acid is low, food doesn’t break down properly, causing a backup of partially digested food that can lead to uncomfortable symptoms.
